Guests are responsible for leaving all areas of the Guesthouse in good condition, and will pay for any damages or theft of State property when staying at the Trailsman Lodge.
Free ample parking is allowed for all customers.
Smoking is not allowed in the room.
Pets are not allowed.
Please leave used beds unmade when checking out of the Trailsman Lodge.
All personal items must be removed from the room prior to check out.
There is absolutely NO cooking allowed in the room. Microwaves are provided for minimal usage.
Inappropriate conduct and/or noncompliance with the above stated rules shall be grounds to prohibit guests from staying at Trailsman Lodge.

Children & Extra Beds

Children can stay in the room with parents either with or without an extra bed. The normal hotel policy is not to charge for children if they are under twelve years of age.
When you book your stay, you can choose what kind of bed your child(ren) should sleep in. A Crib is a small extra bed placed in the room. The choice of a Parents Bed means that you will be sharing a bed with a child. That could either be a single bed or half a double bed. An Own Bed means that the child will have their own bed, either a single bed or half a double bed, alternatively an extra bed.
