"We visited Kennington Cove on a cool day in June. It was too cold to swim, but still a great place to visit! Its a beautiful sandy beach. The scenery is gorgeous. Its definitely worth a visit!

"So let's be straight off , the beach is not sandy but still nice and the sandbar at low tide is very nice. Excellent views of the harbour, parking for lots of cars, a play ground for the kids, great place to watch the ferries in and out of the harbour.
