Cancellation Policy

No charge if prior to 48 hours before arrival. If within the 48 hour window guest is charged the equivalent of one night’s stay for each room booked.

Restrictions

Guests are responsible for leaving all areas of the Guesthouse in good condition, and will pay for any damages or theft of State property when staying at the Trailsman Lodge.
Free ample parking is allowed for all customers.
Smoking is not allowed in the room.
Pets are not allowed.
Please leave used beds unmade when checking out of the Trailsman Lodge.
All personal items must be removed from the room prior to check out.
There is absolutely NO cooking allowed in the room. Microwaves are provided for minimal usage.
Inappropriate conduct and/or noncompliance with the above stated rules shall be grounds to prohibit guests from staying at Trailsman Lodge.
Pet’s are allowed only on special request.
